there banned Rafa because of his lack of motivation to the site.
Username Ban: runs out on the 28th September!
Email addy Ban: Runs out on the 28th September!
IP Ban: Runs out on the 29th September!!
Rafa mate, don't even try to get on the forum before your time has ran
out, as I will know straight away, I am NOT messing about with you no
more.
For me and Richy are GOD, and as of now, you are BANNED!!
Your account has been nutscanned.

Thats right, you all will have had a copy of this sent to your email accounts, thats because i'm sick and tired of being a mug to members who can't even be arsed to post their teams to us, so why the hell should I actually be arsed to keep them as active members on the forum.
Things are going to start and get tightened up around here discapline wise, as you all now know, Rafa has been suspended, and that suspension will end on the 29th, and god help him if he doesn't get on the forum within 24 hours after the end of that suspension and post his team to me or richy.
If I have to discapline any of you from now on then it will be issued as follows.
1) A written warning sent to you via email, and a PM.
2) Exactly the same as 1, only nastier, and more in your face.
3) a suspension for 24 hours.
4) a 2-3 day suspension with your username/IP/E-mail address being banned.
5) you will be kicked out of the Golden League for good, and your account nutscanned which means your username/IP/E-mail address will be banned forever.
I don't like giving out harh punishments but that is the coourse of action I am now directing to take because of the lack of effort some members are putting in.
Thanks for reading this, and hopefully I WILL NOT have to ban anyone else in a long time.
